We are a company registered in Nigeria.
ABOUT YOU
Below are the terms you must meet as you purchase product from our website; You may only purchase Products from us if you are at a legal age (18 and above). To also ensure You are an authorized user of the credit or debit card or payment account which will be used for your payment proceedings.
DELIVERIES AND LOGISTICS
Delivery charges and timeline vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address(es). You will find full details of our delivery charges. Delivery (including delivery charges and timeline).
Our deliveries are performed within 30 days for international orders. Within Nigeria our deliveries are performed within 5 days.
Please note that certain products and services may be subject to alternative delivery charges, restrictions or timeline. If delivery cannot be made to a customer due to lack of presence at their chosen address at the time allotted by the courier service or if the customer refuses to accept the products, Slitovani reserves the right to deduct the cost for returning products to the Slitovani center from the customer’s refund for the order.
When there is a delay:
Where your order is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond control for instance, Shortage of materials, Delays in importation or High demand in a particular order. We will make sure to keep you posted and well informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
Return and Refunds Policy
How to initiate a return
- You can return an item within 3 working days for Lagos residents. For non Lagos residents, 4 working days. For Our international residents, 5 working days.
- Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels including freebies, otherwise your return will be invalid.
- Our Slitovani agent(s) will pick up your item within one business day from the address provided below. Drop off your item at your preferred pickup stations at your earliest convenience to expedite the return processing. Failure to drop off the item within 3 business days from the date you initiated the return will result in the cancellation of your return request. (Same goes for other residences).
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 24 hours into your preferred refund method.
Exchange Policy
How to initiate an exchange
- Items will only be exchanged once payment has been initiated on the website or on our social media platform(s)
- No item(s) will be exchanged once it has been shipped out to it’s designated customer (In other words, an item can only be changed on the website).
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All items ordered for are subject to availability and in this regard, in cases where there are supply difficulties or because products are no longer available or out of stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. Please ensure You take note of items that are not in stock before payment is made.
REJECTION OF ORDER
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from Slitovani website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on Slitovani website. Whilst we will make our best efforts to always process all the orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which means that we may reject the process of an order after payment has been made after you have been sent order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from Slitovani website, either it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on Slitovani website or for refusing to process or accept an order after you have been sent your order confirmation.
